Supplemental, if time: A) Single leg Romanian DL 3 x 8-10 per leg

B) DB step ups @ 20” box, 2 x 8-10 per leg
WOD: 10 minute AMRAP

5 x power snatch 

10 x toes to bar 

5 x power cleans 

10 x hand release push ups
