STRENGTH: Back squat
65% x 3
70% x 3
80% x 3
90% x 2
WOD: AMRAP in 15 min
10 x Back Squats 
15 x Handstand push ups 
20 x sit ups

WOD 1: Festivus Practice -“Clean Lunges and Dirty Shoulders” – 6 min AMRAP
7 x power cleans
5 x front rack reverse lunges
3 x wall walks or novice/masters = shoulder to overhead 

WOD 2: Against a 2 minute running clock, complete 5 rounds (record fastest round)

5 x pull ups 

10 x push ups 

15 x kettle bell swings
