50 x medball squat cleans 
25 x cal on rower

STRENGTH: A) Power clean+ Jerk (2+2) x 2, (2+1) x 3. Work up in weight through the course of the 5 sets.
B) Pause front squat 5 x 3 
WOD: For time,
12-9-6-3 of
Power Clean 
*20 x sit ups after each set of cleans
