SKILL: Gymnastics skills practice – spend 15 minutes focusing on movements including, but not limited to: handstand holds, walks, pistols, kipping pull ups, muscle ups.
WOD: Complete 3 rounds of the following for max reps (not including wall balls), one minute per interval of,
Min 1: 10 x wall balls + max burpees
Min 2: 10 x wall balls + max abmat sit ups
Min 3: 10 x wall balls + max hand release push ups 
Min 4: 10 x wall balls + max V ups 
Min 5: 10 x wall balls +max pull ups
