5 x DB power cleans – AHAP (as heavy as possible)
3 x DB push press – same weight as PC’s
WOD: 4 rounds for time,
50 x double unders 
10 x power  cleans 
25 x burpees over barbell
5 x squat cleans 
(25 minute time cap)
