STRENGTH: Squat Clean Thruster – build to a heavy double in 8 minutes
WOD: Against a 3:00 running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of,
3 x Push Press
6 x Box jump overs 
9 x Air Squats
Repeat for a total of four sets, resting 60 seconds between sets. Pick up each set where you left off when the last ended.
