25 x Double Unders 

 

WOD 3 – “Open Your GIFTS”

Burpee sprint with your partner. For time, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of,

Partner 1 does 12 burpees

Partner 2 does 12 burpees

Partner 1 does 11 burpees

Partner 2 does 11 burpees
