50 x Kettle Bell Swings 
25 x Ring Dips 
800 m run 
WU: Group Burgener, then 3 rounds of,
5 x snatch grip high pull + 5 x high tire jumps
STRENGTH:  Take no more than 15 minutes to work up to 3 RM snatch
WOD: “Isabel”
30 x snatches for time
