MONDAY – MONSTER MASH MONDAY

WODs may be completed in any order. Record each WOD separately. Rest 3 minutes between WODs.
A) 3 rounds for time,
400 m run
30 x sit ups
20 x wall balls 
10 x burpees

B) 3 rounds for time,
200 m Farmer’s carry 
20 x box jumps 
20 x hand release push ups 

C) 3 rounds for time,
20 x DB walking lunge steps 
40 x 2 ct fluter kicks
60 x double unders
