WOD: MONSTER MASH MONDAY

Complete WODs in any order.  Time each WOD separately. Rest 3 minutes between WODs.
A) 3 rounds,

10 x DB thrusters 
20 x DB box step ups (10 reps per leg) 
300 m row
B) 3 rounds of,

10 x push press
20 x toes to bar 
30 x double unders 
C) 3 rounds of,

10 x single arm DB snatch – EACH ARM – alternating is allowed (complete 20 reps total) 
20 x box jumps 
400 m run
