WOD: “Perfect 10”

Take the top movement off each round, until left with one movement and the run.

10 x lateral lunges, alternate legs

10 x mtn climbers

10 x box jumps 

10 x pull ups 

10 x standard lunges, alternate legs

10 x push ups

10 x double unders 

10 x air squats

200 m run
