FESTIVUS GAMES WOD PRACTICE #1

(Two WODs today, WOD B is NOT part of Festivus!)

WOD A: “Hold My Protein Shake…It’s GO Time!”

9 minute AMRAP,

3 Minutes
– Box Jumps 
– Partner Holds Front Rack 

3 Minutes
– Pull-ups / Ring rows 
– Partner Holds Tricep-extension On Box

3 Minutes
– Shoulder-to-overhead 
– Partner Holds Bar Hang

***REST 5 minutes, begin WOD B***

WOD B: 9 minute AMRAP

400 m run 

40 x double unders

From here on out to the Festivus Games on October 14, we will be practicing the various WODs! Get your partner and start practicing! Ease that anxiety and get prepped – we are confident all of you are capable – no reason to not get registered. 

**Note – you need to register by August 31 to guarantee a t-shirt is ready for you on premise the day of the event.**
