WOD: Championship Fight Gone Bad – Partner Style

With only 1 person working at a time per team, use a continuous running clock of 25 minutes.

5 Rounds of 1 Minute per Exercise and NO Rest between rounds.

Push Press
Rower (Cals)

CORE STABILITY: Partner medball toss 3 x 15 each
