10 x overhead squats

STRENGTH: 1) Snatch – max for the day. Warm up and then 3 attempts to establish your best snatch.

2) Clean and Jerk – max for the day. Warm up and then 3 attempts to establish your best clean and jerk.

WOD: “16.3”

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 x Snatches

3 x Bar Muscle-ups
