STRENGTH: Shoulder Complex – complete every 90 seconds for a total of 10 sets

2 x strict press + 3 x push press

WOD: Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes using an increasing ladder of thrusters

3 x thrusters

20 x double unders

6 x thrusters

20 x double unders

9 x thrusters

20 x double unders

…keep increasing thrusters by 3 reps…double unders remain at 20 reps.
