Back to Wall Handstand Hold x 10 seconds

Every 1 minute, for 5 sets of,
Wall Facing Handstand Hold (begin w/wall walk) x 30 seconds

Followed by. . .

25 x strict handstand push ups (scale as necessary)

WOD: 10 minute AMRAP

10 x thrusters

5 x burpees over barbell

10 x wallballs

5 x box jump overs

OLYMPIC LIFTING

STRENGTH: Clean & Jerk

10 sets of,
1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Push/Split Jerk – Progress in weight if form allows each set.

**Time cap of 15 min to complete**

WOD: 3 rounds for time,

10 x Front Racked Lunges
10 x Burpees Over Bar
10 x Toes To Bar
