Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
15 x wall balls
15 x hand release push ups

CORE STABILITY: 4 cycles of,

30 seconds Russian KB twists

15 x supermans w/pause at top

15 x 2 ct flutter kicks

Rest as necessary before beginning next round.
