SKILL: 3 x 10 reps of single leg KB deadlifts, ea leg

WOD: 20 Min AMRAP of:

15 x Deadlifts

15 x Hand Release Push  Ups

15 x Cals Rowing

15 x Toes to Bar

75 x Double Unders

Immediately upon completion of 20 minute AMRAP, complete 800 m run at moderate intensity
