A) 3 rounds for time,

30 x sit ups

20 x kettle bell swings

10 x hand release push ups

(rest 3 minutes)

B) 4 rounds for time,

100 m keg run

15 x burpees

(rest 3 minutes)

C) 5 rounds for time,

20 x double unders

10 x DB power cleans
