SKILL/STRENGTH: strict pull ups 5 x 5 x 5, after each set complete 1 minute double under practice/attempts

WOD:

For MAX LOAD, every 5 minutes for 30 minutes:
500m row/400 m run
5 x back squats
Score is total weight lifted over the 30 reps
