B: Box step ups w/DB’s x 10 reps per leg
C: Plank x 1 min accumulated time

WOD: 12 minute AMRAP

5 x DB man makers

10 x box jumps

35 x double unders

STRENGTH: Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes,
Front squat x 3 @ 80% 1RM, directly after finishing last set of front squats complete 800 m run @ moderate pace (not for time)
