400 Meter Run
4-4-4-4-4 Overhead squat
8 x box jumps between each set of overhead squats
– rest any remaining time in the 10 minutes

From 10 to 20 Mins Complete,
400 Meter Run
3-3-3-3-3 Overhead squat
8 x box jumps between each set of overhead squats

 – rest any remaining time in the 10 minutes

From 20 to 30 Mins Complete:
400 Meter Run
2-2-2-2-2 Overhead squat
8 x box jumps between each set of overhead squats
