WOD: 12 minute AMRAP

12 x medball squat clean

9 x box jumps

6 x toes to bar

For 6 sets, every 2:30,

1 x high hang power clean + 1 x power clean from floor + 1 x squat clean + 1 x jerk

(build as you go in weight)

WOD: 8 min AMRAP

3 x front squats

5 x chest to bar pull ups

7 x 2 ct Russian twists
