40 x wall balls

30 x burpees

20 x deadlift

10 x handstand push ups

STRENGTH: A) Bench Press 75% x 5 x 2 sets, 85% x 3 x 2 sets

B) 3 sets of, 8-10 x dips + 8-10 x banded triceps extension

WOD: 5 rounds for time,

10 x dumbbell squat clean (55/35, 35/20, 20/12.5)

10 x handstand push ups on dumbbells
