WOD: LURONG RESOLUTION CHALLENGE – “New Year Test 2.0”
7 minute AMRAP
5 x front squats
7 x bar facing burpees
FINISHER: Single arm kettle bell circuit – choose weight appropriately. Perform five swings, snatches, and clean and presses on the right side and then repeat on the left. Put the kettlebell down briefly if you need to and then complete four, three, two, and one on each side.
