SKILL: 25 x PVC hang squat cleans & 25 x push jerks – work on quality form to create muscle memory

WOD: 7 rounds for time,

7 x hang squat cleans

7 x push jerks

7 x lateral burpee over barbell

FINISHER: At max effort, 30 seconds jumping lunges – 60 sec rest – 25 seconds jumping lunges – 60 seconds rest – 20 seconds jumping lunges – 60 seconds rest – 15 seconds jumping lunges – done!
