The journey begins on February 23rd (WODs are released each Thursday) and we invite you to join us. All athletes may participate as the WODs are scalable and divided into age brackets. It is a great way to become part of the CrossFit community, set new personal records, as well as establish goals.
We will be conducting the WODs during Friday’s classes beginning February 24th for the next 5 weeks. Please plan your workouts accordingly and if you are participating you need to come to the Friday scheduled class times to complete the WOD.
