LuRong Living Challenge WOD “Resolution Test” – 10 Minute AMRAP

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of,

 15 x Snatches, 20 x Deadlifts, 25 x Box Jump Overs, 20 x HR Push Ups, & 15 x Thrusters

CORE STABILITY: Complete 3 cycles, for quality, not time,

10 x strict hanging leg/knee lifts

10 x Reverse Woodchops, each side

10 x supermans with pause at top
