WOD: “Frosty Fridays” – to be done in this order

9 x kipping pull ups

9 x Box Jumps

(2 Minutes Rest)

4 Rounds for Time (5 Minute Cap)

7 x thrusters

7 x Toes to bar

7 x burpees

(2 Minute Rest)

AMRAP 12 Minutes:

Power Clean, 3 x reps….

25 x double unders

Continue adding 3 reps to the Power Cleans each round. Score for today is total number of power cleans completed.
