WOD(S):

A) For time:
100 x Double-unders
50 x Kettle bell swings
25 x Thrusters

B) 5 rounds for time of,

5 x push jerks

10 x box jumps

15 x sit ups

C) 4 rounds for time,

200 m run

10 x hand release push ups

20 x air squats

** Rest 3 minutes between rounds**May be done in any order**Score each round individually**
