SKILL: EMOM for 12:00 (6 rounds of each)
Odd = 3 x Strict Pull-ups + 3 x Dips
Even = 10 x Pistols

WOD: With a partner,

Complete as many repetitions of the following movements as possible while partner runs 400 meters (scaled = 200 m). After both partners have completed a run and the first movement, the cycle repeats until each partner has completed four, 400 meter sprints and completed all four of the movements.

Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Wall Balls
Sit-ups
Double Unders
