ENDURANCE: 1 mile run – for time

WOD: Team WOD – the return of Follow the Leader – divide into even teams, one athlete enters at a time and cannot move on to next exercise until complete by athlete ahead of them.

One round, for time:

1) 20 cal row

2) 20 x single arm KB push press

3) 50 x double unders

4) 20 x box jumps

5) 20 x wall balls

6) 20 x hand release push ups

7) 3 x rope climbs/3 x heavy sled pulls
