Holds against the wall, Handstand Free standing, Handstand kick ups with box, Handstand walk

WOD: 15 minute AMRAP

3-6-9-12-15….each round increase reps by 3.

Burpees

Kettle Bell Swings

Sit Ups

OLYWOD

SKILL/STRENGTH: 3 sets of each,

3 rounds every 90 sec, high hang power snatch x 3 reps

3 rounds every 90 sec, high hang squat snatch x 3 reps

3 rounds every 90 sec, squat snatch x 3 reps

 

WOD: For time, 15-12-9

Overhead squat
