SKILL: Double Under Skill Set – timing drill (this drill is to ensure your timing is consistent, thus, the alternating pattern)

Every 2:00 for 4 sets (rest remaining time), complete

10 x singles, 10 x doubles or attempts, 10 x singles, 10 x doubles or attempts

WOD: Against a 3:00 running clock, complete each round, and rest 1 minute between rounds

Round 1 – 25 x kettle bell swings, 15 x burpees, AMRAP KB snatches

Round 2 – 25 x kettle bell swings, 15 x burpees, AMRAP box jumps

Round 3 – 25 x kettle bell swings, 15 x burpees, AMRAP KB Goblet squats

Round 4 – same as round 1

Round 5 – same as round 2

Round 6 – same as round 3
