WOD: In 6 min complete:
Run 800m, then max reps wall ball shots

Rest 2 min

In 4 min complete:
Run 400m,  then max reps KB snatch, alternating arm

Rest 2 min

In 3 min complete:
Run 200m, then max reps sit ups
