WOD: Partner WOD – 20 min AMRAP

Partner A.

6 x thrusters

12 x box jumps

Partner B. 400 m run

This is a Partner WOD – Partner A will perform the work listed in “A.” Partner B will run 400m. Once Partner B returns from the run, Partner A will begin their 400m run while Partner B continues work wherever A left off.
*Score is your total number of rounds and reps from “A.”
