WOD: For time,

10 x thrusters

30 x double unders

20 x lateral burpees over barbell

15 x thrusters

30 x double unders

15 x lateral burpees over barbell
20 x thrusters

30 x double unders

10 x lateral burpees over barbell

 

OLYWOD

STRENGTH: 1) front squat + jerk: 3+1 x 5 sets– your goal is no missed reps, so choose weight accordingly

2) clean x 1 rep, every 30 sec, for 30 x reps – your goal is no missed reps, so choose weight accordingly

WOD: 8 minutes for max reps,

5 x handstand push ups

10 x weighted sit ups

15 x box jumps
