SKILL/STRENGTH: Push/Split Jerk

Warm up as needed (3 sets x 5 reps) before completing the following workload, 5-4-3-2-1

WOD: Complete 7 Rounds as quickly as possible, each against a 2:00 running clock:
10 x Pull-ups
10 x Box Jumps
10 x Ground-2-Overhead

Notes: Rx’d athletes complete the 7 rounds against a 2:00 running clock. Scaled athletes, perform 5 reps of the workload, for the 7 rounds. Any remaining time left in the 2:00 is rest.
