WOD: 4 Rounds of (:45 max reps/ :15 rest) of
Toes 2 Bar
Wallball
Double-unders
Rest 1:00 between rounds

OLYWOD

STRENGTH: 3 position snatches

high hang 3 x 3

below knees 3 x 3

floor 3 x 3

Athlete choice in regards to power or full squat —- but, you need to get comfortable in the bottom catch position — so, we encourage you to do the full squat.

WOD: Sprint “Nancy”

5 rounds for time,

200 m run

15 x OH squats
