SKILL: Double Under Drill Set

5 minutes: 30 single unders EMOM

6 minutes: 30 single unders on even minute and 10 double under attempts on odd minute

6 minutes: 10 double under attempts EMOM

WOD: Begin with 8 x 50 m sprints (scaled = 25 m), 20 sec rest in between,

Go directly (no rest) into 10 Min AMRAP of,

5 x handstand push ups

10 x kettle bell swings

15 x sit ups
