Minute 1 – 2 x Turkish Get-Ups (alternate arms, perform slow and controlled – each rep should take close to 10 seconds or more)
Minute 2 – Single-Leg Deadlift x 6 reps each leg w/KB
Minute 3 –Strict Press x 6 reps

WOD: 3 rounds for time,

15 x box jumps

15 x sumo deadlift high pull

15 x V- ups
