Wod A: Happy Hour at the Bar

With a running 8 minute clock … 12, 9, 6, 3 for time,

Sumo-stance high pull
Hang POWER clean
Shoulder to overhead

With remaining time – burpee over bar (count your total)

**REST exactly 5 minutes**

Wod B: 25 to Life

For time, with a 10 minute time cap

25 x no-rock hand-release push-ups
25 x double unders OR 50 single unders
25 x American kb swings
