SKILL: Turkish Get Up x 10 each side, as heavy as possible

WOD: AMRAP 15 minutes:
5 x front squats
10 x Box Jumps
15 x Wall Balls

OLYWOD

STRENGTH:

1) back squat 5 set of 3 at 85% of 1 RM, then 1 x burnout – drop down in weight and hit 15-20 reps

2) split jerk 3 – 3 – 3

WOD: 3 rounds,

10 x hang squat clean

10 x chest to bar

10 x burpee over barbell
