WOD: 30 minute AMRAP w/a partner

5 x deadlifts

7 x hand release push ups

9 x box jumps

As a partner workout, perform as follows:

P1 – 5 deadlifts, P2 – 5 deadlifts

P1 – 7 pushups, P2 – 7 pushups

P1 – 9 box jumps, P2 – 9 box jumps

(count one round after BOTH partners complete the series)
