WOD: 3 rounds,

15 x chest to bar

15 x burpees

15 x sumo deadlift high pull

OLYWOD

STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE (performance under fatigue): 5 rounds,

200 m run + pyramid split jerks x 4 reps

(add weight as you go)

WOD: 5 rounds for time,

30 x double unders

15 x push press

5 x split jerks
