STRENGTH: 1 RM Sumo deadlift

WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP

3 x Sumo deadlift high pulls

3 x Handstand push ups

20 x double unders
6 x Sumo deadlift high pulls
6 x Handstand push ups

20 x double unders
etc…

Sumo deadlifts and handstand push ups increase in increments of 3’s. Double unders remain constant at 20 x reps.
