WOD: Kettlebell Mania

Round 1:

25 x kettle bell swings

15 x burpees

AMRAP of single arm hang power snatches

1 minute rest

Round 2:

25 x kettle bell swings

15 x burpees

AMRAP of single arm KB clean and jerks

1 minute rest

Round 3:

25 x kettle bell swings

15 x burpees

AMRAP of goblet squats

Rest 3 minutes and repeat all three rounds.
