WOD: Workout (Part A):
10 Min AMRAP of:
15 x Sit Ups
10 x Box Jumps

5 x Hang Power Snatch
+
<2 mins transitions rest>

Workout (Part B):
Every 2 mins for 10 mins:
2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch, build to a “semi max” under fatigue

Scoring: total reps + heaviest complex weight lifted.

Note: Each round is worth 30 points/reps (A). Each pound is worth 1 point (B). Add both reps (A) and points (B) together for a total score. For example, 5 rounds completed of part A = 150 points and heaviest weight successfully completed in part (B) is 105. SCORE is 150 + 105 = 255
