STRENGTH: squat clean EMOM x 3 reps for 10 min

WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:

3 x Power Clean
6 x Push Ups
9 x KB Russian Twists

Repeat this sequence 4 times. Rest for 1 minute between the 3 minute rounds.
