OLYWOD SKILL/STRENGTH: Touch and Go split jerks, 3 reps on the minute for 10 minutes – work on quickness! WOD: Open 12.2 As Many Reps as Possible in 10 minutes 30 x Snatches 75/45 30 x Snatches 135/75 30 x Snatches 165/100 30 x Snatches 210/120 Continue at this weight until time is up.
